We've Got Your Back - Fit your Backpack Night at EO

My pack is now twelve years old and has been camping in the highlands, weekend adventures to Pollett’s Cove, exploring in Central America, on hikes of multiple trails in the US, England, Scotland and Wales, as well as the Portuguese Camino.  It has never let me down.  I’ve taken my pack for trips up to two weeks long and with the right complement of gear and clothing, it’s worked fabulously every time.  And, with a lifetime Almighty Guarantee from Osprey, what’s not to love.

I use the Osprey Sirrus 36.  It’s a really nice purple (easily identified 😊) with an awesome built in raincover, daisy chain, lots of pockets and padding in all the right spots and easy access through various compartments.  Your pack should feel good and part of the process of having a pack that works for you, is getting it fitted.  It’s important to try on many in order to also find the one that best fits your body shape/type. 

If you’re in need of a new pack, come by EO, next Thursday, April 25th between 6 and 7 p.m. and we’ll have a fitting session.  We will bring all the packs out for you to examine and try, with some weight inside to get the best idea of how it will function and feel.  And, as an added bonus, any packs purchased that evening will save 15%!  We're noticing many people choosing packs now over traditional luggage and choosing to pack lighter.
